SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you would like to make a return, please email us at returns@shoplenleys.com. We will verify your return and send you a return form to place in your package. 

 

All orders above $100 are qualified for free shipping. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. If you need your items before that you can choose express shipping which is a $30 fee. This shipping takes 1-3 business days. 

We do offer local delivery! This is only available to people living in Lexington, KY. Your order will be ready within 24-48 hours. You will be contacted and we will gladly arrange a time for someone to meet you to drop of your order! Since we are an online business we prefer to meet you instead of giving out a residential address. If you need your items sooner please email us after you place your order to let us know. We will contact you to arrange a pickup/delivery time and to set up a location for pickup. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us! We accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date of your package and we will refund the original payment method. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

If you purchase an item that is on sale or you used a discount code those sales are final and cannot be returned. All jewelry is also final sale.

PLEASE EMAIL returns@shoplenleys.com IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM. WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE RETURN FORM TO PRINT OFF AND PLACE IN YOUR PACKAGE. PLEASE FILL THIS OUT AND PLACE IT IN YOUR PACKAGE ALONG WITH YOUR RECEIPT.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its packaging and the return form emailed to you, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Lenley's Boutique LLC is not responsible for any lost items.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Once your return is processed you will be contacted via email and your original payment will be refunded. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your return to appear on your bank statement.

 

EXCHANGES

 

At this time, Lenley's Boutique LLC does not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item simply return your original item to us then purchase another item that you love! We are so sorry if this is an inconvenience to anyone! If you have any concerns or issues please contact us ASAP so we can make you happy!! :)
